Meet Bruce

My name is Bruce Monsanty.

I’m a Navy vet (1979-1983), I was raised in a loud Italian family, and I spent 35 years as a competitive ballroom dancer where there were no participation trophies – you either executed perfectly, or you lost.

I’ve been in the mortgage business for 30 years, and I bring that same no-BS, competitive precision to getting veterans the benefits they EARNED but aren’t using.

Why I’m different (and why some veterans can’t stand me):

After 35 years of competitive ballroom dancing and 30 years in the mortgage business, I know exactly which moves work and which ones waste time. In competition, you either execute perfectly or you lose. There’s no middle ground.

I bring that same precision to your mortgage – whether you’re buying, refinancing from conventional to VA, or doing a cash-out refinance.

While civilian lenders are telling you VA loans “take too long,” I’m closing them just as fast as any other loan product.

The difference?

I’ve been doing this for three decades, and vets speak vets. Civilians don’t speak vet.

Period.

Look, I’m not for everyone.

  • If you want someone who’s going to nod along when you say “maybe I should just stick with conventional because it’s easier,” call someone else.
  • If you want someone who’s going to let you throw away thousands of dollars in PMI payments because they’re too lazy to do VA loans properly, there are plenty of civilian lenders who’ll be happy to take your money.

But if you want a fellow veteran with 30 years of mortgage experience who’s going to fight for every benefit you’ve earned and execute with military precision…

Then we need to talk.

Go ahead, give me a call.
